A leading bid management company in Dubai is seeking a Bid & Sales Support Coordinator. This role involves managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring high-quality submissions, and facilitating collaboration across various teams. Ideal candidates have at least 4-5 years of experience in bid coordination within the IT industry and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A full-time position with no remote work options is available.
The Bid & Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end bid and proposal process ensuring the timely delivery of accurate compliant and high-quality submissions. This role requires close coordination with Sales Pre-Sales Procurement Service Delivery and Finance teams to consolidate input prepare commercial and technical proposals and maintain compliance with customer requirements and company addition the Bid Coordinator supports management by generating sales reports maintaining proposal databases and assisting with presentations and order documentation. The position plays a critical role in reducing risks enhancing proposal quality and contributing to the organizations overall business growth.
