The candidate should have exceptional analytical, planning, and communication skills, with preferred experience in Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning, and Inventory Management.

• Establish robust processes to improve forecasting accuracy, minimizing costs and enhancing customer/seller experience
• Support business growth with innovative and frugal solutions in constrained environments
• Scale existing processes by identifying and implementing tools and automation
• Implement best practices from other geographies/companies to reduce supply chain losses
• Use excellent problem-solving and communication skills to influence stakeholders and technical teams
• Manage programs and drive decision-making across teams and leadership

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of experience in process improvements
• Experience managing stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling
• Experience in Amazon Fresh business
