We are currently seeking an experienced SeniorPMOLead /PMODirector to join our team in Dubai providing strategic leadership for our clients Project Management Office and serving as a key member of our highperforming diverse and innovative consulting team in the UAE.

The SeniorPMOLead /PMODirector will provide strategic leadership for thePMOfunction serving as the central point of coordination between governance frameworks and operational implementation. This role oversees allPMOfunctions driving continuous improvement across all program activities through crossfunctional collaboration. As part of a multibilliondollar program you will play a critical role in ensuring project governance reporting and risk management processes are effectively implemented to support strategic objectives.

This is a fulltime position based in Dubai UAE. Candidates must have full professional fluency in English with Arabic language fluency considered an asset.

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for allPMOfunctions ensuring alignment with project objectives and governance requirements.

• CoordinatePMOresources and activities across multiple workstreams and project teams.

• Develop and implement robust reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility on project status risks and performance metrics.

• Provide strategic guidance for risk management processes ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of project risks.

• Interface with key stakeholders on operational matters serving as a trusted advisor and facilitator.

• Support executive meetings with comprehensive project insights and recommendations for strategic decisionmaking.

• OverseePMOteam performance providing mentorship guidance and ensuring highquality deliverables.

• Establish and maintainPMOstandards methodologies and best practices for project execution.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program activities through crossfunctional collaboration.

• Develop and implement governance frameworks that ensure project accountability and transparency.

• Facilitate effective communication between project teams management and external stakeholders.

• Manage project dependencies and interfaces to ensure seamless integration across workstreams.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhancePMOeffectiveness and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements across allPMOactivities.

• Organize and execute assigned business projects within Dokainish & Company

• Mentor and coach junior team members to develop consulting skills and project delivery expertise

• Contribute to business development efforts including proposal writing and client presentations

• Participate in internal knowledge sharing initiatives and methodology development

• Analyze and interpret data to identify project weaknesses and comprehend root causes

• Formulate recommendations with attention to client capabilities and limitations

• Prepare concise reports and presentations for internal leadership and clients

• Contribute to the growth and development of Dokainish & Companys MENA operations

• Participate in company initiatives and continuous improvement activities

• 1015 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in aPMOleadership role.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Project Management or a related field. Masters degree is preferred.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.

• Proven experience leadingPMOfunctions within largescale capital projects preferably in construction infrastructure or energy sectors.

• Strong understanding of governance frameworks reporting mechanisms and risk management processes.

• Experience working within largescale multibilliondollar programs and managing stakeholder relationships at executive levels.

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead highperforming teams in a complex matrix organization.

• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies tools and best practices.

• Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a strategic mindset.

• Experience working in the MENA region is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment with changing priorities.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Flexibility to travel as required to client sites across the UAE and wider MENA region.

• Full professional fluency in English with fluent Arabic language skills considered an asset.

• This role is based in Dubai UAE; candidates must be able to commute or willing to relocate.
