A leading consulting firm in Dubai seeks a seasoned Data & AI Consultant to lead initiatives spanning architecture, governance, and analytics. In this role, you will develop strategic roadmaps, design scalable solutions, and provide mentorship while guiding enterprise-wide transformations. With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in consulting and strong expertise in Azure technologies, this position also involves preparing workshops and engaging senior stakeholders. Relevant certifications and experience in banking are preferred.

Qualifications

Description:In this role, you will lead and support end-to-end Data & AI initiatives across strategy, governance, architecture, engineering, and advanced analytics. You will act as a trusted advisor, design and implement scalable solutions, conduct assessments, develop roadmaps, and guide enterprise-wide transformations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver architectures, pipelines, governance frameworks, and AI/ML models, and prepare and present workshops and technical materials to senior stakeholders in Arabic and English. Based in Doha with travel across the Middle East.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop Data & AI strategies, maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps
• Advise on governance, data lifecycle, and Responsible AI
• Design Azure data architectures, pipelines, and data models with quality controls
• Lead AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, deploy models, and implement MLOps
• Conduct workshops, demos, PoCs, pre-sales, and thought leadership
• Mentor junior consultants and support capability building.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in Data Management, Governance, and AI/ML, including Generative AI.
• Knowledge of data strategy, governance models, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Azure and building scalable data & AI solutions.
• Strong consulting, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Proven leadership in team guidance, pre-sales, and stakeholder management.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Data & AI consulting or delivery.
• Certifications preferred: Azure Data Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, CDMP, or equivalent.
