• Household Management: Overseeing the daily operations of the household ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Inventory and Supplies Management: Tracking household supplies and replenishing them as needed.
• Personal Assistance: Providing personal support to the employer including managing schedules, travel arrangements, arranging medication on a timely basis.
• Travel Arrangements: Keep ready all clothing and accessories for travel whenever required.
• Maintenance and Repairs Coordination: Arranging for household maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Financial Management: Handling household budgets, expenses and record‑keeping.
• Security and Safety: Ensuring the household is secure and implementing safety measures.
• Household Cleaning and Upkeep: Overseeing or directly engaging in the cleaning and maintenance of the household ensuring high standards of cleanliness and order.
• Ensure all unattended valuables and belongings inside rooms are noted and the Manager is informed about the same.
• Demonstrate discretion and courtesy when entering into private spaces.

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the industry as a Butler.
• Foreign Language: English is required.
• Courses and Training: Vocational training and seminars.
