The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parts sales marketing and distribution with a customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and execute sales marketing and distribution strategies to achieve business targets.
- Plan and manage parts sales budgets in line with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
- Establish pricing strategies to balance profitability and customer retention.
- Identify new business opportunities in the aftermarket parts segment.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the sales team to enhance performance.
- 10 years in automotive parts sales with at least 5 years in senior sales management (Preferably in KSA Market)
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of aftermarket parts distribution and branding.
- Arabic speaker preferred.
