Job summary
A leading solar equipment supplier in Dubai is seeking a Sales Support Executive with 12 years of experience to manage leads and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with CRM tools and have a basic understanding of solar products. The role includes maintaining customer information and assisting with order processing. Candidates already located in Dubai are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in a sales or sales support role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads and customer inquiries effectively.
- Support the sales team in order processing and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
