- No Experience Needed: Since we're not requiring prior work experience, we can look for someone who demonstrates strong learning agility, curiosity, and a passion for innovation in automation and robotics.
- Problem-Solving & Quick Learning: They should have a keen interest in applying their knowledge to real-world factory challenges.
Core Attributes to Look for:
- Strong Analytical Skills:
- Experience or coursework in data analytics and Excel is essential since theyll work on data-driven projects.
- MySQL database management and data capturing abilities will help them manage the digital side of operations.
- Tech-Savvy with Automation & Robotics:
- PLC and SCADA systems knowledge, even if theoretical, should be strong.
- An interest in automation and robotics is key, given that they will work with Yaskawa robots and related automation systems.
- Exposure to BI & ERP Systems:
- Understanding of Visual BI dashboards and familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems will be valuable for decision-making and reporting.
- Passion for Maintenance Planning & Management:
- Even without formal experience, a keen interest in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (e.g. iAuditor) and maintenance planning is important since they will assist you in overseeing these operations.
