Overview

Vacancy available for a Maintenance Manager with a Vehicle dealership in Pretoria.

Duties

Specifically focusing on building maintenance, tenant management, ensuring compliance of building and necessary regulations. Travelling will be required between the different buildings (local and other provinces)

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Maintenance or Facilities Management industry (motor industry exposure advantageous).
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
  • Experience in health, safety, and compliance regulations relevant to buildings and dealerships.
  • Ability to manage contractors, service providers, and tenants effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Willingness and ability to travel between branches (local and inter-provincial).
  • Valid driver’s licence and clear criminal record.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, email, reporting systems).
