Job summary

A security services provider is seeking a Site Supervisor in Hout Bay to oversee and coordinate security operations. The ideal candidate will possess Psira Grade A registration, have excellent communication skills, and experience in CCTV and alarm systems. Responsibilities include supervising security officers, conducting inspections, and ensuring effective communication with clients and management. A driver's license and residence in the area or reliable transportation are required. The position offers a salary from R15 000 to R20 000 per month.

Qualifications

• Psira Grade A – registered and up to date.
• Experience working with CCTV or in a Control Room environment.
• Experience working with Alarm systems.
• Must reside in or around the Houtbay area or have own reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate protection operations on site.
• Facilitate irregularities and defects to relevant people.
• Supervise and lead the team of security officers.
• Report any irregularities to the Control Room.
• Conduct monthly audits and provide stats and weekly reports.
