About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategically minded Sales Specialist to join their team. This role will focus on driving sales growth by identifying and securing new clients in the Middle East region, with an emphasis on blueberries. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, the ability to access both open and closed blueberry varieties, and a strong commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients in the Middle East, aiming to significantly expand our berry sales and market presence in this thriving region.
  • Leverage extensive market expertise and insights to effectively access and promote open and closed blueberry varieties that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans that are specifically tailored to the unique characteristics and demands of the Middle East market, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, fostering open communication and synergy to align our sales efforts with the company’s overarching value system, mission, and long-term goals.
  • Maintain a consistent presence in the office when not traveling for business purposes, ensuring ongoing engagement with the team and facilitating smooth operations as we pursue our sales objectives.
