A leading betting firm is seeking a Senior Sports Trader in Cape Town to manage pre-match and in-play market pricing. The successful candidate will have experience in sports trading, particularly in the UK, and will be adept at making quick, informed decisions. This role demands a strong understanding of risk management and the ability to work full-time in an office-based setting with rotational shifts that include evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sports trading in a UK-regulated environment.
- Strong instinct for risk management and fast-paced decision-making.
- Able to work evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
Responsabilités
- Price and manage pre-match and in-play markets across major sports.
- Monitor liabilities and market exposure, adjusting odds as necessary.
- Analyse customer activity to enhance trading strategy.
