Emeris Westville Campus has a vacancy for a Part time Lecturer within the School of Computer Science for the 2026 Academic year.

• Module: REIT8419 – Research for ICT

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Assertiveness and dynamism
• Understanding of customer service in education
• Ability to manage work and self proactively

• Minimum of a Research Masters in ICT
• Alternatively, an NQF 9 qualification that includes an academic research component. A research methodology module should have been successfully completed at NQF 8.

• Minimum of two years of lecturing experience
• Supervision experience of successful students is advantageous

• Part‑time role with lectures taking place between 08:00 and 17:00
• Preference will be given to South African Citizens and Permanent Residents of South Africa with proof of permanent resident status
