Job Summary

We are looking for a Group Marketing Coordinator to manage the marketing, promotional, and advertising activities of an organization. Duties and Responsibilities


  • Campaign management: Plan, implement, and track marketing and advertising campaigns.

  • Content creation: Develop and edit marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, and email newsletters.

  • Event coordination: Organize and manage events, trade shows, and product launches.

  • Project coordination: Manage timelines, tasks, and communication to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met.

  • Market research: Stay updated on consumer trends and conduct market analysis to inform marketing strategies.

  • Performance analysis: Prepare reports on campaign performance and analyze data to provide insights for future efforts.

  • Collaboration: Work with marketing teams, sales teams, and vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging and project success


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in marketing or relevant field shall be an added advantage.

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or similar role

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools

  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software.

  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords.

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
