About the role:

• Lead the full product development lifecycle for key consumer and institution facing features that impact our core business across ideation, technical development, and launch
• Lead user research and analyze data to develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users and their needs. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities for opportunities and improvements
• Drive team execution by defining roadmaps, speccing out features, and working with engineers and designers to ship products.
• Ensure accountability and measure success for key objectives by defining KPI requirements
• 3+ years of product management experience owning end to end product lifecycles
• Strong technical background with 2+ years of engineering experience
• Ability to execute in a fast‑paced and fluid startup environment
• Strong product instincts - you understand how to uncover users' core needs and how to craft a focused, impactful product experience
• Ruthless prioritization - you zero in on what matters and ship quickly in order to learn and iterate
• Creative problem solver - you are able to root cause complex problems and implement viable solutions
• Strong qualitative research and quantitative analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
