Job summary
A leading software solutions company is seeking an experienced Project Manager with at least 10 years in FinTech or enterprise software. This remote role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, managing project plans, and ensuring alignment with clients and internal teams. Candidates should have strong technical literacy, familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and a proven track record in project and relationship management.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in a client-facing Project Manager role in FinTech or enterprise software.
- Strong technical literacy in software engineering and cloud/data systems.
- Familiarity with SOC and ISO compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project lifecycle ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Create and manage detailed project plans tracking all deliverables.
- Facilitate transparent communication and proactive status reporting.

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle ensuring on-time on-budget delivery within scope and quality standards.
- Create / manage detailed project plans tracking deliverables budget and dependencies while actively mitigating risks.
- Monitor KPIs and OKRs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients internal teams and leadership ensuring clear alignment.
- Facilitate transparent communication and proactive status reporting to all stakeholders.
- Champion Agile best practices and continuously improve delivery processes tools and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain tools templates and frameworks to boost project delivery efficiency and quality.
- Experienced client-facing Project Manager (10 years FinTech / enterprise software) with strong technical literacy in software engineering cloud and data systems.
- Essential PMI / PMP advantageous Agile / Scrum.
- Proven success in critical project and relationship management known for strategic decision-making and creative solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in leading planning sessions for stakeholder alignment and identifying trends / risks via metrics feedback and financials.
- Calm approachable authentic managing pressure with clear communication.
- Familiar with SOC and ISO compliance.
