Qualifications

• 7 to 8 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Practical knowledge of statutory requirements in general construction.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work chores to staff on projects.
• Supervise workmen on projects.
• Report on physical progress and provide monthly progress report.
• Ensure Occupational Health Safety compliance.
