Job summary
A leading energy services company based in South Africa is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead their Projects Department. You will manage project execution for various sectors, including Oil, Gas & Power, and ensure high-quality project delivery. Candidates should have extensive experience in project management and engineering, alongside strong leadership skills and a proven ability to foster client relationships. This role offers an opportunity to shape strategic objectives and drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in engineering design and project development.
- 15+ years in senior project management and delivery.
- Proven track record leading successful project teams in EPC, EPCm or Project Finance industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Projects Department ensuring delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies tailored to project complexity.
- Provide technical and commercial oversight across multiple projects.
