Role overview

The Brand Project Coordinator supports the Chief Brand Officer (CBO) in driving the execution and delivery of brand-led initiatives across the Weylandts Group.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth rollout of strategic brand projects — managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships with precision and accountability.

Your work will span multiple entities, including Weylandts, Omoya, and the personal brand of Anna Weylandt, contributing to the group’s continued evolution and creative growth.

Key responsibilities
Brand Project Management
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of brand-led projects such as events, partnerships, product launches, and brand collaborations.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand objectives.
  • Prepare and track project budgets, manage purchase orders, and oversee expenditure and reporting.
  • Maintain oversight of the brand calendar, ensuring key initiatives are well-planned and resourced effectively.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in brand projects — including marketing, retail, operations, design, and external partners.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between teams to ensure efficient execution of all brand-related activities.
  • Support leadership in brand review meetings, follow-ups, and progress tracking.
Business-Led Brand Initiatives
  • Support the CBO in implementing strategic projects that drive brand growth and expansion, including export and wholesale development, hospitality ventures, and new market initiatives.
  • Manage documentation, research, and operational follow-through for these projects.
  • Oversee administrative and operational processes related to brand development.
Budget & Resource Management
  • Own and manage the brand department budget, including project allocations, spend tracking, and supplier payments.
  • Support cost efficiency by comparing quotes, managing supplier relations, and maintaining transparent financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of brand-related expenses.
Team Leadership & Support
  • Manage the Personal Assistant to the Chief Brand Officer, delegating relevant tasks related to diary management, travel coordination, and logistics.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between executive administration and brand project workflows.
What you bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration or related filed preferred
  • 3– 5 years of experience in brand, marketing or project coordination – ideally within design -led, retail or creative industries
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and see them through from concept to completion
  • Strong understanding of brand execution
  • Excellent financial and organisational skills, with experience managing budgets and supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s licence and own car
