Job summary
A leading global consumer goods company in Gauteng, South Africa is seeking an Engineer to develop innovative solutions and improve processes. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and possess strong English skills. This full-time position requires hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical processes and leadership abilities.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
- Strong level of English, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience in a mechanical or electrical process role.
- A leadership mentality & ability to prioritize autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions geared towards improving processes.
- Identify, prioritize and eliminate process losses.
- Build process capability and control.
- Define equipment standards, lead process benchmarking and reapplication.
- Build capability for technical troubleshooting and process improvement.
