We are looking for a Trade Tested Toolmaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, jigs, and moulds. Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion and SCam for CAD/CAM programming is essential, along with strong CNC machining, milling, grinding, and lathe operation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture, repair, and maintain injection moulds, blow moulds, and other precision tooling.
  • Operate and program CNC milling, turning, grinding, and EDM machines using Autodesk Fusion and SCam.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and engineering blueprints.
  • Conduct tool fitting, assembly, and testing to meet required tolerances and specifications.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on tools and dies to optimize production efficiency.
  • Work closely with design and production teams to enhance tool performance.
  • Ensure strict quality control measures are followed for all tooling components.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in a precision manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
