Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Technical Manager based in Centurion.
- Matric
- Code B driver’s license
- B Tech or a degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in Maintenance Engineering, CRM and Property Management
- Knowledge of Soft service, CRM, Property Management and Financial Management
- SAP knowledge - essential
- Proven experience as an Engineer Manager
- Demonstrate and instil effective adherence to processes on infrastructure maintenance
- Manage staff and resolve conflicts
- Assist in managing technical projects and provide technical support
- Monitor service provider performance
- Monitor and evaluate maintenance work performed by technical staff
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources in maintenance works
- Identify maintenance risks on client’s property and equipment for evaluation and resolution
