Job summary
A hospitality solutions company in Bela-Bela seeks a Human Resource Manager to oversee company policies, recruitment, and employee management. The ideal candidate will have prior lodge HR experience and strong administrative skills. This role entails payroll admin, training development, and compliance with legal standards. South African citizenship is mandatory. Perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives under pressure.
Qualifications
- Must have prior hospitality experience.
- Must be a South African citizen.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that Company Policies & Procedures are adhered to.
- Advisory and Administrative support for Disciplinary matters.
- Assist in preparing for and representation at CCMA hearings.
- Drive required Recruitment process.
- Manage employee payroll admin and file maintenance.
- Create contracts, job offers, and amendments.
- Drive and aid with Training & Development.
- Conduct monthly reporting and general reports as needed.
- Ensure adherence to BCEA.
- Organize Leadership and culture development.

This is a live in role that is bush based. Must have prior hospitality expereince.
