Role Overview
The Administrator: Accounts Payable is responsible for ensuring successful delivery within a changing environment characterized by diverse tax, financial, regulatory, and governance challenges. This role involves:
- Managing the diversifying telco-to-tech landscape.
- Navigating local economic, regulatory, and legal challenges and evolving industry ecosystems.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders with potentially competing interests.

The Administrator: Accounts Payable aims to achieve objectives in several areas:
Operational Delivery
- Payments and Invoice Processing: Capture and validate invoices, resolve queries, ensure timely payments, and manage related documentation and reconciliation.
- Travel Expense Administration: Manage foreign travel claims, ensure policy adherence, reconcile accounts, and handle audit queries.
- Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement: Optimize procedures, recommend automation, and improve operational efficiencies.
- Quality Management and Reporting: Monitor financial statements, ensure compliance, and seek continuous quality improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Creditors, Accounts, and Finance, with knowledge of General Ledger and Foreign Exchange.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in cross-organizational communication.
- Understanding of VAT principles related to invoices and claims.
