One of SA’s well‑established and innovative vehicle retailers (new & used cars and trucks) has the following vacancy in their Finance & Insurance Division in Mobeni, KZN.

F&I Business Manager – R25k p / m + car + petrol + benefits

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving profitability by offering tailored finance and insurance solutions, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Structure finance deals accurately and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (FAIS & NCA).
• Present finance and insurance products to customers and ensure transparent communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers.
• Ensure all documentation is completed and submitted correctly.
• Support the sales team with deal structuring and closing.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

CRITERIA

• Grade 12 / Matric essential
• RE5 Certification and FAIS accreditation preferred
• 3 years proven track record as an F&I Manager in the motor industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and compliance knowledge.
• Strong customer service orientation and ethical standards.
• Kerridge software experience preferable
• Strong MS Office skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Stable track record with excellent contactable references
