iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa's largest Apple Premium Reseller.

With a retail footprint of more than 36 physical and online stores across Africa, we provide expert advice, Apple Authorized Repairs, Business, Education, training, and technical support for anything and everything Apple.

We are looking for tech-savvy, retail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team. Our iStore Sales Consultants are responsible for maximising sales opportunities in the store. You will ensure that all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology and services.

You will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, present comprehensive solutions, and create memorable experiences. We will equip you with all the necessary knowledge and tools related to our iStore products to help you succeed in this role. If you thrive on teamwork and delivering excellent customer service, this position might be perfect for you.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Completed Matric / Senior Certificate
2. Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or alternatively, knowledge of Apple products would be an advantage
3. Passion for Apple Products
