• Education: Relevant qualification or diploma in Supply Chain / Procurement / Purchasing (advantageous).

• 3–5 years' proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role.

• Proficient in SAGE Evolution and Microsoft Excel.

Preferably residing in or near the Meyerton / Vereeniging area.

• Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services required for operations.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines to achieve best value.
• Create and manage accurate purchase orders in line with company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast procurement needs to prevent shortages.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all procurement documentation.
• Resolve supplier or delivery issues promptly to avoid operational delays.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing reports using Excel and SAGE Evolution.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
