Job summary
A leading human resources consultancy in South Africa is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to manage full bookkeeping functions to trial balance. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and strong knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in Pastel and good Excel skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for those who can work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting to trial balance.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Full bookkeeping function to trial balance.
- Processing of invoices, creditors, and debtors.
- Reconciliations for bank, creditors, and debtors.

- Cashbooks
- VAT, payroll, and general reporting
- Minimum 5 years’ bookkeeping experience
