A leading energy solutions company based in South Africa is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee maintenance and outage projects. The role involves managing projects from quotation to warranty conclusion, ensuring compliance with standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, with strong customer orientation and communication skills. This position offers opportunities for international travel and a variety of innovative projects.

- Fluent in English; French or other regional languages are a plus.

A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Project Manager Outages (f / m / d), you will be part of the project management team responsible for maintenance and outage projects across Angola and neighboring countries .
You will support the execution of all maintenance and outage-related projects, starting from the quotation phase, through order execution, up to the conclusion of the warranty period.
You will report to the Head of PMO Africa and collaborate closely with regional sales teams and other operational departments such as repairs and spare parts.

What You BringAt minimum a bachelor degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalentExperience in project management or service businessExperience with rotating equipmentStrong communication and customer orientation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsFluent in English; French or other regional languages are a plusWillingness to travel internationally
