You'll be the central force turning big ideas into action, ensuring key projects are driven forward and the entire Ocean Basket business stays aligned.Who You Are : A Proven Operator : You have 5+ years of experience in business management, operations, consulting, or executive support, backed by a Bachelor's in Business / Management (an MBA is a big advantage).

A Strategic Integrator : You have strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and are tech-savvy (especially with AI tools).

You know how to connect the dots and provide actionable insights.

A Master Communicator : You have high emotional intelligence, top-tier organisational skills, and are a natural team player.

You remain calm under pressure, handle sensitive information with discretion, and are totally solutions-driven.

An Execution Expert : You have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from initial idea to successful completion.

What You'll Do : Drive Strategy & Efficiency : Support the CEO in executing key initiatives.

You'll track performance, identify and remove bottlenecks, oversee CEO priorities, and provide the data-driven insights needed to make smart decisions.

Coordinate the Business : You'll be the engine for the executive team.

This includes planning CEO & Exco meetings, managing reporting cadences, coordinating key events, and maintaining critical governance.

Manage Communications : Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and the wider business.

You’ll prepare critical updates, ensure clear alignment, and act as a key point of contact.
