A human resources solutions provider in Pretoria seeks an experienced Implementation Support Specialist. You will work directly with clients to customize software solutions, provide support during implementation, and ensure satisfaction in a hands-on role. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of SQL and ERP systems.
Formación
- 4+ years of implementation support experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
- Experience with SQL is required.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes.
- Assist in configuring software solutions to meet client requirements.
- Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase.

- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- 4+ years implementation support experience
- SQL and ERP experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and implementation goals
- Assist in configuring and customizing software solutions to meet client requirements
- Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams
- Offer post-implementation support and ensure client satisfaction
