- Gathers client information by making calls to dealers or F&I's and informing clients about the products and services offered.
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Explains products and services, procedures; correctly answering questions and providing information to existing and potential clients.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Ensures and communicates sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service through us.
- Describes products and services and correctly responds to questions.
- Solve all basic and some complex client queries or problems or redirect them to a more relevant person, department or manager.
- Has an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and be able to take the customer through the sales process as well as obtaining customer information.
- Follow up on initial contacts and build relationships with dealers or F&I's to work with us frequently.
- Achieve agreed closing or conversion ratios and sales.
- Attend team/business accountability and general meetings daily or when required.
- Report daily on current performance to his/her manager and the team.
