A dynamic fintech firm is seeking a Partnerships & Growth Manager to drive their expansion in the UK. This role requires proven experience in UK-based fintech and a deep understanding of the payment landscape. The ideal candidate will build strategic partnerships, develop growth strategies, and help redefine how UK businesses manage cash flow. Join this innovative team and contribute to solving the critical issue of late payments.
Location : Remote. Type : Full-time. Salary : Competitive. About NRTH: NRTH isn't another fintech. We're building the silent engine behind modern business cash flow. We automate Direct Debit collections, payroll, and supplier payments for UK businesses so founders never have to chase an invoice again.
Our mission is simple: turn every invoice into a one-time Direct Debit and put late payments to bed for good. We're backed by experienced founders with deep fintech and technology backgrounds, building what's next in the payments space. The Role: This isn't a partnerships role.
It's a movement. We're looking for a Partnerships & Growth Manager who's scaled fintechs in the UK before, understands the payments landscape inside out, and knows how to turn strategy into growth. You'll be responsible for forming partnerships that fuel NRTH's growth engine.
Accountancy firms, recruitment platforms, SaaS providers, marketplaces.
You’ll know how to identify them, close them, and turn them into long‑term revenue streams. You’ll be the face of NRTH's expansion, helping us shape how businesses in the UK move money, manage cash flow, and grow with confidence.
You're not joining a company. You're joining a culture shift. You'll be helping to solve one of the biggest issues in UK business: late payments.
You'll shape how money moves between businesses.
And you'll be part of a founding team rewriting how the UK gets paid. This is one of those roles people talk about years later. The moment you joined something before the world caught up.
