Job summary
A luxury cruise line is seeking a Stateroom Attendant to provide exceptional housekeeping services onboard. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in hospitality, with strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Fluency in Spanish or other European languages is highly preferred. The role involves cleaning, servicing staterooms, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their voyage.
Qualifications
- 12 years of housekeeping experience in a hospitality setting.
- Cruise ship experience is advantageous.
- Experience with luxury service standards is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned staterooms daily.
- Replenish amenities and supplies.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow all safety and hygiene procedures.
