This role involves planning content calendars, creating graphics, and generating reports based on performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Plan monthly content calendars including concepts, hooks, captions, and hashtags.
- Create posts/graphics in Canva.
- Edit Reels/TikToks in CapCut.
- Handle community management for comments/DMs.
- Track performance and create actionable monthly reports.

Creative, detail-oriented self-starter with great written English and a strong sense of brand voice.
- Relevant qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years real hands-on work experience in a similar position.
- Must be familiar with Canva and CapCut — Canva for static posts/graphics; CapCut for short-form video edits.
- Ability to work with Asana, Slack, and Google Drive.
- Ability to work with Meta Business Suite and IG/TikTok analytics.
- Familiarity with basic boosts, light product shots, or coordinating user-generated content (UGC) is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Proactive with trends and ideas.
