Recruitment Resourcer for Chefs (Remote | UK, U.S, Dubai Markets)

Johannesburg

Biospan is a premium private chef & nutrition service supporting clients across the UK, Dubai and global markets. We place high-quality private chefs into families, athletes, executives and high-performance households, while delivering nutrition support and ongoing client management.

We’re expanding — and we’re hiring a driven Recruitment Resourcer based in South Africa to help us scale.

This is a fast, process-driven, high-output role suited to someone who:

The Role

You will work alongside our Support Manager and Founders to:

• Source private chefs across the UK, U.S, UAE & global markets
• Use internal tools and CRM's to pull candidate pools
• Screen, shortlist and prepare candidates
• Present high-quality chef profiles
• Speed-run recruitment workflows
• Communicate clearly with chefs via WhatsApp and Email
• Coordinate early-stage interviews
• Ensure candidates match client dietary + lifestyle requirements
• Keep data clean, updated and accurate
• Hit monthly placement targets

This role is NOT sales, and NOT long-term client management — your core mission is fast, accurate delivery.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Fast, organised and detail-oriented
• Has a personal interest in health and fitness
• Strong with admin, calendars, systems and workflows
• Able to manage time zones and multiple live roles
• Hungry to grow into a bigger position

Experience in:

• Recruitment sourcing
• HR coordination
• Admin coordination
• Or similar operations roles

Experience in hospitality, chef hiring or private staffing is a bonus — but not required.

Compensation

Expected Earnings: R21k – R33k+ per month, depending on output.

Base Salary: R18,000 – R20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Bonuses: Performance bonuses based on number of placements

Promotion Path: 6–24 months roadmap with salary growth

Working Hours

Full-time remote position. You’ll typically work South Africa daytime hours, with overlap into UK times, but you may be required to work later during busy periods to overlap with U.S time when needed.
