Zusammenfassung
A premier spa hotel in Cape Town seeks a Spa Therapist to provide exceptional spa treatments and ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will hold an international Beauty Therapy Certificate/Somatology Diploma and possess 2-3 years of experience in a hotel/spa setting. Responsibilities include performing various treatments and liaising with guests to meet their needs, all while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

- 2-3 years of Hotel/Spa experience.
- Great previous retail track record.
- Ability to source new business.

Purpose: Under the general direction of the Spa Manager and within the limits of the hotel’s policies and procedures, providing exceptional spa treatments to our guests.
Reporting to: Spa Manager
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and other services as required.
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring guest feels relaxed and satisfied with their spa experience.
- Do consultations with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as promotions.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- Have excellent product knowledge
- Work together with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of spa services.
- Maintain proper supplies of professional products, towels, and other supplies in treatment rooms
- Keep up to date with trends and the competition
- An international Beauty Therapy Certificate/ Somatology Diploma from ITEC or CIDESCO
- 2-3 years of Hotel / Spa experience
- Great previous retail track record
- Ability to source new business
- Ability to develop a regular client database
- Required to work shifts and most weekends and public holidays
