You will be assisting all Arch System users with calls/queries that are logged on a day-to-day basis within SLA. The calls and queries would range from Hardware, Arch Retail Software, and 3rd Party queries (Eft, Airtime, Loyalty, etc.).
Your investigative skills will come in handy when dealing with more complex calls/queries and escalate calls that you aren't able to resolve.
Your IT qualification, along with 3 years of experience in a similar environment, will help you progress to the next stage!
