Position Summary

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including specialists and hospital staff.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and share insights.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure compliance with company policies.
Basic
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience working with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Preferred
  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a network of healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of scientific research and ability to interpret data.

Work Environment

This role is on-site, based in Taiwan, with occasional travel required to meet customers and attend team meetings.
