Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guest and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Manage bookings, process payments and provide accurate guest information.
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Perform night audit duties and ensure all systems and records are accurately updated.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• uphold security and safety protocols particularly during night shifts.
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel front office
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in hotel management systems such as Opera
• Ability to work independently, especially during the night shift,
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
