Qualifications
  • Hold a trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing (Red Seal preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in building maintenance, 2+ years of supervisory role
  • Strong technical expertise across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems
  • Demonstrate leadership ability in delegation, scheduling, and team motivation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, additional languages an advantage
  • A valid South African ID
