Responsibilities

As Spa Therapist you will be responsible for :

• Carrying out the full range of ESPA 5* portfolio which includes massage.
• Providing an efficient and professional level of guest service.
• Presenting a professional image to all guests in line with the ESPA and brand standards.
• Upselling all Spa products and services.
• Carrying out Reception duties as and when required within the Spa.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum requirement NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrable guest focused approach with a passion to deliver 5* customer service.
• Exceptional treatment standards with passion for holistic treatments.
• Be a team player who can motivate others and lead by example.

Desirable Requirements

• 1 year of classic Beauty Therapy e.g manicures pedicures waxing.
• CIDESCO or CIBTAC qualified.
• Previous experience of working within a guest focused environment.
