The incumbent is primarily responsible for assisting in the development of training material.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Contractor HUB Coordinator for Pakistan.
- Engage with existing Contractors to provide information relating to KBC services
- Design, create and adapt instructional material for products or based on training request
- Analyze learning aims and objectives and work with SMEs to design solutions
- Storyboard, design and write scripts for programmes
- Develop e‑Learning solutions in Articulate Storyline
- Develop Classroom training in PowerPoint
- Adhere to development standards
- Record audio
- Review and perform quality checks on programmes and material
- Maintain project documentation and course folders during the project lifecycle
- Script, design and create conceptual videos using VideoScribe / Vyond and audio‑visual feature demonstrations
- Create instructional material for print using authoring tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
- Degree in Education or relevant qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an Instructional Designer
- Graphic design skills
- Video recording and editing skills for e‑learning
- Strong communication skills are mandatory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
