Role Description

The incumbent is primarily responsible for assisting in the development of training material.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Contractor HUB Coordinator for Pakistan.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with existing Contractors to provide information relating to KBC services
  • Design, create and adapt instructional material for products or based on training request
  • Analyze learning aims and objectives and work with SMEs to design solutions
  • Storyboard, design and write scripts for programmes
  • Develop e‑Learning solutions in Articulate Storyline
  • Develop Classroom training in PowerPoint
  • Adhere to development standards
  • Record audio
  • Review and perform quality checks on programmes and material
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders during the project lifecycle
  • Script, design and create conceptual videos using VideoScribe / Vyond and audio‑visual feature demonstrations
  • Create instructional material for print using authoring tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
Qualifications
  • Degree in Education or relevant qualification
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an Instructional Designer
  • Graphic design skills
  • Video recording and editing skills for e‑learning
  • Strong communication skills are mandatory
