Join Our Team as an Assistant Director of Nursing. Support Nursing Excellence and Resident Care. We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable ADON to join our team!

Responsibilities
  • Support Staffing Needs – Step in to assist floor staffing when needed.
  • Oversee Resident Care – Contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs.
  • Manage Nursing Staff – Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs.
  • Ensure Accurate Documentation – Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records.
  • Develop Care Plans – Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design individualized care plans.
  • Support Staff Resources – Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources.
  • Uphold Infection Control – Conduct assessments and implement effective infection control measures.
Qualifications
  • Licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
  • Strong technical skills and proven leadership/management experience.
  • Background in geriatric or long‑term care nursing.
  • Embraces a restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
