Our client is seeking a Financial Manager who’s far more than a number cruncher. A strategic thinker, a calm-in-the-chaos operator, and someone who can turn financial fog into crystal-clear insight. • Lead and manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance
• Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow strategies
• Provide actionable insights to support business decision-making
• Ensure financial controls and risk management frameworks are in place
• Partner with internal teams to align financial goals with operational priorities

• A BCom degree or Honours in Finance or Accounting
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in financial management
• Strong command of financial systems, reporting tools, and Excel
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly across departments
• Exposure to the property sector, whether through direct experience or financial oversight—is highly advantageous
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently
