Overview

Financial Manager needed in Gauteng

Job Title: Financial Manager

Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer, Seniority Level: Top Management, Type: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Full accounting function of the group entities
  • Assisting with the preparation of the financial statements
  • Work closely with the internal and external auditors
  • Assisting with the preparation of the management accounts
  • Invoicing
  • All calculations and submissions to SARS (VAT PAYE Tax)
  • Handling the payment of commissions to brokers and sending of statements
  • Preparation of daily payment runs
  • Assisting the FD / CFO with all regulatory reporting
  • Preparation of documents required for meetings of the board and committees
  • Treasury & Risk Management
  • Manage cash flow working capital and banking relationships
  • Ensure adequate insurance coverage and risk mitigation measures
