Creditors & Subcontractor Payments Specialist
Job summary
A financial services provider in Gauteng is looking for an experienced financial administrator to process accounts payable and manage subcontractor payments. You will ensure compliance with financial policies while handling invoices, payments, and vendor relationships. Candidates should possess a Matric, a minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial environment, and strong mathematical and organizational skills. Proficiency in at least two official languages is required for effective communication.
Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in a financial environment is required.
- Must be computer literate and have good mathematical skills.
- Minimum of two official languages spoken.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts and outgoing payments as per financial policies.
- Match invoices with requisitions and goods received notes.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage subcontractor invoices and maintain documentation.
- Prepare reports on outstanding debts to management.
