• Salary: R60,000 to R95,000 CTC (depending on experience)

• Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Anticipate and resolve challenges before they become roadblocks
• Present progress reports and financial updates to senior leadership
• Represent the companys professional reputation with integrity and reliability

What you bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional registration with PMI or SACPCMP (PrCPM preferred)
• 5+ years experience leading construction or property development projects
• Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
• Deep understanding of JBCC contracts, scheduling, and construction methodologies
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Advantageous: experience in EDGE certification or dispute resolution processes
