In this role, you will manage export shipments, coordinate documentation, and ensure compliance with global regulations. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in supply chain logistics with at least 3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English or French. Are you passionate about international logistics and supply chain operations? Join our dynamic team as an Export Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in managing export shipments, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
- Manage open export shipments and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate export documentation including customs, inspections, invoicing, and reverse logistics.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (Sales, Finance, Warehouse) and external partners (freight forwarders, customs, inspection agencies).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to audits and financial processes.
- Handle Letters of Credit and ensure accurate shipping documentation.
- Participate in meetings and report on KPIs related to delivery performance.
- High plant and customer delivery performance.
- Achievement of OTTR (On Time to Request).
- Positive customer satisfaction survey results.
You’ll collaborate closely with:
- CSSC, Finance, Marketing, Warehouse & Dispatch teams
- External Sales (SSA), Office Managers (GZA & GGH)
- Freight Forwarders, Local Purchasing Team, Segment Heads
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Strong understanding of export control and customs regulations.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Matriculation or equivalent qualifications.
- Export Management certification is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and/or French.
