About the Client:
A leading holistic healthcare and weight loss clinic in Newnan, Georgia. With over 28 years of experience, they have helped over 50,000 individuals address the root cause of their health and weight concerns. Their personalized programs focus on natural, non‑invasive treatments, including dietary adjustments, nutritional supplements, and lifestyle changes, empowering the body to heal itself. Each program is tailored to the individual, ensuring unique care for every patient. The goal is to support long‑term health and wellness.
About the Role:
The Case Manager (Sales Closer) is pivotal in helping as many people as possible receive life‑improving natural healthcare. Your primary purpose is to help prospective patients/clients overcome any financial barriers or blocks that would otherwise prevent them from receiving the care our facility offers. You are a key player in expanding our reach and mission.
Your training period is broken up into 3 parts: your initial 1‑week intensive training, your next 2‑week follow‑up training and your ongoing training.
During your initial 1‑week intensive training, you may be asked to start earlier, work through some lunches or be available in the evenings or a few hours over the weekend. This is due to the volume of information that you need to learn and your trainer’s availability. The goal is to get our Case Managers up and running as fast as possible without sacrificing training quality and results.
Your second 2‑week training period is not as intense, but you still may be asked to dedicate a few hours outside of your normal work hours to fine‑tune some things that you may need to improve.
Part 3 of your training involves ongoing training. All team members receive ongoing training throughout their employment with us during normal office hours. Much like athletes we know the more you train before the game the better you’ll perform during the game. When you are at your best you can help the greatest amount of people possible and generate the highest amount of income for yourself possible.
Your training consists of multiple, carefully constructed online video and written courses, one‑on‑one training with your Sales Manager, and group meetings. We take the training of our team members very seriously but we do it in a fun and effective manner.
